WHAT NEXT?

 

• Roddy New Homes is developing the proposals with support from a multidisciplinary team of planning, design, landscape, transport and ecology specialists.
• We are refining the proposals and gathering feedback from local residents, businesses and stakeholders before submitting a planning application to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council by the end of the year.
• The application will include a comprehensive suite of technical assessments to ensure the proposals are thoroughly considered and supported by evidence.
