Roddy New Homes is preparing the proposals ahead of submitting an outline planning application to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council. The application will seek approval for the principle of residential development and detailed access, with all other matters reserved.

Our vision is to provide up to 100 much-needed new homes and new public open space through a development that responds to its local context and integrates seamlessly into the village of Ightham.
